Ordering & Delivery of Samples

Fardis recommend all customers view a sample before ordering, particularly for made to order items.


Where possible, wallcovering requests received by 3pm will be despatched the same day by First Class post. Orders received after this will be despatched the next working day.


Ordering and Delivery of Products


Wallcoverings collections are sold by the roll, unless where marked as being sold by the linear metre. This is due to the type of product.


So that your Fardis wallcoverings look their best once hung, we strongly recommend the purchase of our specially formulated Fardis adhesive as part of your wallcoverings order.


All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT. Where customers can claim VAT back from Revenue & Customs, prices excluding VAT are displayed in brackets.


For wallcoverings sold by the metre, orders must be placed in complete metres.


For wallcoverings sold by the roll, orders must be placed in complete rolls. Rolls cannot be split.

Changing or Cancelling an Order


We’re sorry that in most instances it is not possible to make changes to your order once it has been placed.


However if you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us on 0333 240 9045 or at as soon as possible and we will endeavour to help.


If your order has already been despatched or delivered, you’ll need to follow our returns procedure. There are some items we cannot cancel, refund or exchange, such as made to order items. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.




Missing, Incomplete or Damaged Orders


If your order hasn't arrived or arrives incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible on 0333 240 9045 or at


If you have more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so will arrive separately. This will not increase the delivery charges to you.


If an item is damaged on arrival, you will need to contact us to let us know. Our customer service team will do the rest.


Fardis Return Policy


Under the Distance Selling Regulations, Private customers purchasing products online or by phone are entitled to a full refund if they request one in writing, within 14 working days of receipt of their order. This excludes:


Made to order items


Cut to order items and wallcoverings sold by the metre


We will accept returns on eligible unopened goods within 28 days of receipt with valid proof of purchase but will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. Contact our Customer Services team for arranging this.


We do not accept the return of products that have been cut, re-shaped, trimmed in any way. We also do not take responsibility for products that have not been hung using our recommended adhesives and hanging instructions.


This does not affect your statutory rights.


Returns Procedure


Items should be made available for collection in a re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and labels intact. Items need to be undamaged and unused.


Please contact Fardis on 0333 240 9045 or at to request a return. We will need your order details to process any refund or exchange.


A small handling charge will be made to cover the cost of collection of items being returned. Fardis will waive this charge if goods are found to be faulty.


Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of reciept of returned goods.
